Privacy Policy
Zafer Akkan, operating as Bambam Workshop ("we", "us", or "our"), operates PureAI: AI Studio (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information:
- Account information: email address, account identifier, display name, profile image URL, account creation date, and authentication information needed to sign in with email or Google.
- Credits and purchase records: credit balance, subscription status, product identifiers, purchase tokens, and transaction-verification information. We do not collect or store your full payment-card or bank-account details.
- Content you submit: photos, image-editing inputs, masks, and prompts or instructions submitted for an AI operation.
- AI output and local history: generated images and related metadata may be stored in your device's app storage so you can revisit them in the App. Original images used for a saved generation may also be stored locally when you choose to keep that history item.
- Technical and advertising information: device, operating-system, network, diagnostic, advertising identifier, IP-address, and ad-interaction information that may be collected by Google Mobile Ads and platform services.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure the App, including to authenticate accounts, maintain credits and subscriptions, process AI requests, display or measure rewarded ads, verify purchases, maintain generation and operation records, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Image Processing
When you request a generation or edit, the selected image input and instructions are sent through our Supabase-hosted backend to the AI service needed to complete that request. The App currently uses fal.ai and may use models made available through that service, including models supplied by providers such as OpenAI or ByteDance. These providers process submitted content solely to provide the requested AI operation under their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not use your submitted photos to train our own AI models. Third-party AI providers may have their own data-handling terms; review their policies before using their services with sensitive content.
4. Authentication, Accounts, and Backend Services
We use Supabase to provide authentication, account profiles, credit balances, subscription status, and limited operation records. If you sign in with Google, Google provides the authentication information needed to create or access your account, including your email address and, where available, your profile image URL.
5. Advertising
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), including rewarded advertising where available. Google may collect or process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to serve, measure, limit, and protect advertising. For rewarded ads, an App account identifier may be sent to Google as server-side verification data so we can credit a completed reward to the correct account.
Advertising options, including personalized or non-personalized ads, depend on your region, consent choices, age, device settings, and applicable law. Where required, we present available consent or privacy choices through the advertising technology we use.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Credit purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play on Android and by Apple on iOS, where applicable. The relevant platform processes payment information. We receive only the information needed to verify the transaction, update your entitlement, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
7. Data Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the App, including with the following categories of service providers:
- Supabase for authentication, database, and secure backend functions;
- fal.ai and applicable model providers for AI image processing;
- Google, including Google Sign-In, Google Play, and Google Mobile Ads;
- Apple App Store services where the App is made available on iOS; and
- government authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
We do not sell personal information for independent marketing purposes.
8. Permissions and Local Storage
The App requires internet access to provide account, purchase, advertising, and AI services. It may request access to photos or media only when you choose to select an image for an App feature. You can control permissions in your device settings. Saved generation history is stored locally in the App's private storage and can be removed from the Library or by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
9. Retention and Security
We retain account, credit, subscription, and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes described in this policy, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Local generation history remains on your device until you delete it, clear App storage, or uninstall the App. Third-party providers retain information under their own retention policies.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices and Account Deletion
You may delete saved local history from the App's Library. If you have an account, you can request deletion using the Delete Account option in the App's Settings. This removes the account and associated application data held in our backend, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes. You may also contact us using the email below.
11. Children's Privacy
PureAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review the request.
12. International Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you live. Those providers use their own applicable safeguards for international processing.

14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our services, or legal requirements. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
